5 Things to know about rural land
1. Land values are increasing as the city's population and demand for space
continue to grow.
2. Rural land is appreciating faster than any other class of geographic
real estate.
3. Land requires a fraction of the management headaches and time compared
to other active real estate investments.
4. Land investments double as a source of camping, hunting, building a
cabin or just unwinding in your own private domain of the great outdoors.
5. Will Rogers said it all: "Land, they aren't making any more of it."
